SQL error

when i try to install SQL and choose ''local computer'' and then press next button i got this error:

P.S i already tried to restart PC but it didn't helped

Go Advanced manager tab for running operations and look for msiexec.exe , if running on memory before installation end the process then reinstall sql. If there is another problem look at net for security task manager and find which programs running at the background and using installer services. Close all installer services with this program. Good luck.
