help me learn to dupe in 2 mu servers

alrigth i learned one way to dupe in heroesland mu buy moveing to refuge when you have the volt open and such. but recentely they made it so oyu cant move while volt is open. can anyone teach me a new metohd to dupe there. also im looking for a dupe that will work in forsaken mu. there is a small shadow dupe there but ownt let you trade or take off. any chance you can hint me in on a good reliable dupe there also.
