[Problem] Server Launching Problem

Here is a post to see what all of you Mu Masters are made of. It's also a post to help me with my server. Well, here is the dilema. I got the server running and everything. All the 8 links are up with no errors. (If you don't know what the eight links are, stop reading and leave this post please.) Well, I launch a client connected to my server. When it starts, you see a button that looks something like this. [Server]
After clicking on the button it expands
[Server] [oooooooooooooo]
the [oo] being users online. To connect to it, you gotta press the [ooo] part. After I press it, the game freezes for 2 seconds. Then, nothing happens. It says "You are connected to the server...." But there is no log-in screen. I would like you to look over this post and tell me what you think the problem is. It would be even better if you knew exactly what the problem was. Thanks in advace everybody. :)

i would if i could... but then i cant even get my sql server to be installed.... it used to be able to.. now its f up... btw sql 2000 can win xp use?
