Hanauthforclient.dll Problems

ok i extract the file but it never works please explain to me this and when i click on GunzLauncher or Gunz.exe it says this HanAuthForClient.dll Well sorry i had to go anyway i extract the Gunz.exe and the Gunzlauncher.exe and then i go into ijji join a game and nothing happens so i tryed clicking the gunz/gunzlauncher to see if somting would happen but it came up with HanAuthForClient.dll error and stuff like that so can u help me plz
