How do i change the file back to unKnown application ?

I downloaded a file and i changed it and put it with open with ... now i cant make it to stop opening with a program and open it as unknown application.

I don't think question you ask is related to gunz... but anyways, just right click and click "open with", select the new program you want to open with and you should be done...
