Let's say I would like to run a game server on my computer, but it needs a minimum of bandwidth for the players not to lag. How would I allocate bandwidth to the program?
Most programs I found while researching led me to programs limiting bandwidth to a localgroup through a gateway pc.

What...? Even if I had 2mb/sec upstream I would need this allocating software...
