The sheer size of that giant card is a big turn off. I don't think I'd want to buy a new case just to accomadate such a shitty card.

UmMMmMM my card didnt suck it was a recent one. A lot of reviews on the card complained of overheating so im not the only one that had trouble. I am looking for it right now.

ya i have a 200M ati card on my laptop. (well, its interated but still), and now I have to prop it up with my brother's gameboy advance cartriges, (lol i dont wanna get a cooling pad XD) just when im running a virius scan to sto[ the overheating. its not overclocked or anything it ju7st gets reaaaallly hot.

ya i think ill get an 8800gtx. actually, i was kind hoping the r600's would do better han nvidia so the g80 prices would drop lol.

Not true, Geforce is only winning because they have other companies behind them that supports them, I believe. ATI R600 will soon improve and be better then the 8800GTX.

Thats gonna be very sad if the ATI Radeon HD 2900 XTX is worse than all the other ATIs... Its gonna be really sad...

BTW I also was a nVidia fan, I also have an AlienWare, so my comp kinda owns some ppl... At least i dun lag :P. Thats the good thing
Back to the ATI Radeon HD 2900 XTX, its gonna be soooo sad to see the new Radeon get owned by its older versions.

Monopoly is never a good thing. However competition between companies is the best thing there is.
