20,000/512 isn't available in the US. It'd be 20,000/20,000 or 20,000/10,000. Perhaps you mean ~ 2,500/512?

I'm wondering, why do they put speeds in terms of Megabits, why not just put it in MegaBytes, i'd make things a lot whole simpler.

Isn't 8 Mb 1 MB?
