It seems many of you don't understand the proper use of the thanks button. The thanks button is meant to be used when you find a post useful. After that, you do not post thanks - That's why the button is there.
Furthermore, the thanks button does not mean, "Oh no. I posted in this thread, but I didn't thank everyone who posted before me. I might get a 'Not using the Thanks button' infraction!"
Long story short: Use the thanks button to say "I enjoy your post", "Your post is very useful", or just plain "Thank you." Don't post to say thanks, and don't thank everyone that's posted before you in the thread.

o.0 Your logic doesn't really follow. This thread was directed at the people who actually make this mistake, I don't see how my obvious joke even remotely implies I am one of these people the thread was intended for.
Even the other guy you quoted had a relevant comment about about this thread. Quit pretending to be a mod, labeling others as spammers and just be normal. There really is no need to get your knickers up in a bunch... <_<

Wait up 1st of im not trying to have any joke im literally saying Thank you. second of all im just saying that this NEEDED to be posted. thats all im commenting on this and pretty much saying great job on Posting this. as well as i used the thank you button unlike the people who he talks about which say thank you alone with nothing else added as well as they dont press thanks.. so i techniclly do not see me spamming in anyway at all
