If you're asking a general question, No. The report(s) only go to the specified Moderators of each different Sections of GamerzPlanet. If it happens that there is no Moderator in a particular section, the Post Report(s) will be sent to a Super Moderator, or an Administrator.

You may. As long as your post is sensible, and not spam, we accept them. However, if someone else has already posted this. Please, do not repost another "Wrong Forum!" ; "Get your ass to ....." ; etc.

Depends.
Linking to other hack forums can be valued as spam depending on how you do it.
If you just give credits to the original source of a hack you're reposting then it's usually no problem.
It mostly depends on the context and on how you place the link.
If you found something malicious then please don't link to it at all but only report it.
Some people blindly click the links and read nothing (for example those that don't understand english anyway and assume a hack behind that link).

However if you place links like (example)
"Hey I got cool hacks go to http://www.(yoursitename).etc/" then it will be most likely treatened as advertising.

Spam is more like posting entirely useless/unrelated things over and over again.
For example in some cases, you see 5 different people asking in a row "how does this work"?
That's totally unnecessarily.

We differenciate with spam infractions.
New members get a lower infraction (5 pts), than older members with more posts that should know that we don't tolerate spam (15 pts = 50% infraction, 30 days expiral).
The exact same goes for begging-infractions.

But what if you say I got a cool hack (Download Link) at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Yes, if your advertising a download link. It's different if it was asked for. If someone asks, whats a good place to learn how do do quests, and you post a link to a site helping them it would not be considered advertising.
