Its on the main page of User CP in the middle. Here's a picture of it click on the picture to view full size. Remeber you have to be +/- rep'd at least once for it to be on your user CP.

I have posted threads like that, I have a stickied thread in SF General Discussion and I suggested xfire on your profile, I am wondering when the mods will hand out rep.

Mods have already started handing out rep.

I've looked at the SF section to see whether you're stickies are worth +repping. This thread probably won't be repped... Perhaps one of the more lenient mods will, but I certainly wouldn't rep it.

Beyond that, you don't have any other stickies.. So I'd lose the sense of entitlement. Not everything you do will received rep from mods/admins.
