why if someone create many account and spread rep in his/her real account?
The requirements to even get 1 reputation power are somewhat high. IPs are logged. The only effective way to do this would be make a few accounts and wait a year or two, which the admins would likely get suspicious when accounts with no posts start repping the same people repeatedly for useless posts.
I assume the admins have already thought about such cheating, and would hope that they have made it easy to see in the admin/mod panel when it starts happening.
then my idea is better then... jk..
as a whole, i think restrictions based on rep points is better than by how much do you have left on your credit card...
i would just like to bump my post and see if there has been any update

by this logic.... shouldnt i have a rep of 3?
sorry if i was mistaken...
i have been thinking and i dont think it is anything to do with infractions, i am a mod on a vbulletin...'distribution' site after all and i see no reason why jelsoft would integrate that...
We get through all of the sections, but obviously there are some we visit more than others... which is why there are moderators, who are assigned to each section.
Thou theres a big difference between, Mod rep and admin rep, about 10x difference - mod are like 4-5 from what i've seen and admins are 50 so wouldn't u need a admin for each forum or delegate one for each couple of forums? Or some sub forum level 2s will die for god knows how long, as there are only so many hacks/mods you can really release, and yes i know you can get repped for other things, but i doubt it really happens that often.

Yes, there is a big difference between the two (thankyou, Sherlock!), but for the most part: admins don't need to dish out rep to everyone. Why? Unfortunately, most posts on the boards just aren't that helpful that they're deserving of near instantaneous promotion to level two. If you can think of a few that are, by all means, PM me.
