Does this mean they lose copyright laws to the name "Pentium" as well? Simply put, if they drop the name, what's stopping another company from picking up the name and using it for their processors. People won't know the difference and go off the name "Pentium".

Hmm... isn't that impersonating in some way?
I think they would just stop using the name but keep the copyright.

(I hope at least infineon keeps the name since the RAM is very good.)
