I am not sure if this was posted already, but as its not complicated I thought I would post it. What the release is, is just the two CE addresses which are used to set resolution. This is for people who have large monitors, and or wish to set custom resolutions for windowed mode.
STEPS:
1. Run OP7
2. Run CE
3. Load the file, and set the CE process to Operation 7 using the button on the top left.
4. Change the values of the addresses to your preferred width and height.
5. Lock both values.
6. Enjoy
I hope this is useful to some users, I needed to make it because my monitor is 28" and my resolution is not supported.
