lawl, i just love how every noob wants to know 'How to make hacks?' its like if they just type godmode=on into notepad they expect it to turn into some magical asm driven dll hook.
I can make hacks, but im still learning, everyone is.
My advice is if your really serious and you have a love from programing go learn some c, some object oriented programing (i prefer c++) you may like c#, then some asm. Learn everything you can get your hands on and don't stop learning.

Look at my post count, its nothing, because i don't troll around asking for freebies, i use this site to research and try to make my own hacks. Ive only ever made one asm/d3d dll, but it didn't last long. The method i was using to disable GG was outdated.
Go learn kido, and if your serious pm me ill see if i can atleast point you in the right direction.
