Using PAK files in thailand server
Using an UCE, while GameGuard is loading, change the address "00AA0194" (1 byte) to 0. This will deactivate PAK checking!
"00AA0194" only works in 5.37 update.
or
Download this dll (5.37) and open launcher... then extract in pangya folder and start game! It should loads custom PAKs!

It's an dll, not an executable, you can scan it yourself without risks
