| Registered User | Hey all, I already try to collect correct 1W Toma HWI's for a long time and these are the values i got so far : 80%-0,47 82%-0,5 84%-0,56 86%-0,58 88%-0,59 90%-0,64 92%-0,68 94%-0,79 96%-0,82 98%-0,85 100%-0,87 I guess they are all inaccurate, so I ask you to help me at getting the correct values for my drive. | Registered User | Re: Correct HWI's for 20 power (240y) err hwi's flow much more naturally than this, those aren't 250 hwis they are a mess and shouldn't be used. lol at the 92 to 94 jump, and lol at the 82 to 84 jump. Way too big. And 86 to 88 is way too small. I'm gonna assume someone who absolutely doesn't know how to cut % right made that. :x Sorry, I don't know hwi for 240 tho, but that's just not it. For any drive. At 260 my 84 % hwi isn't even bigger than yours lol. ALSO, you need atleast a number per % and when you shoot a .5% you take the hwi in between the two. With a 2% margin per hwi this'll result in way too much guessing. Just know that 0.01 hwi off in 5m 90degree could easily make you nike. That's how precise you need to be. | Lurker | Re: Correct HWI's for 20 power (240y) Would be easier thats for sure, i think ull have pretty much work on finidin 20 pwr hwis coz no1 is using 20 pwr anymore btw u need to find at least 20 hiws 1 for each % as gomjabbar said.I think ur new hwis shud be at least 0,03 less than those ur actually using or maybe less coz 80% for 250 drive is 0,463. |

| Registered User | Re: Correct HWI's for 20 power (240y) Could someone just send me his/her HWI's for 24 or 25 power, because i'm already getting sick of waiting for 90° winds to take notes. Yours greet, own Edit : I don't get it, always when i think i found the right HWI for a percentage, it isn't correct in the end. E.G : The HWI 0,66 for 91% worked once but a few minutes later I had to hit again 91% so I used 0,66 again. This time it didn't work. It seems not logical to me, at a 235y pin with 8m tailwind at 30° I have to hit 228y (91%) The HWI would be 0,66 but in fact i need to aim way more but my HWI says "2,64" . And when there's Headwind it would be 242y (97%) My HWI for that percentage is 0,84 that doesn't make sense as the ball travels the same distance. Why do I have to aim more at Winds towards me? My experience showed that Tailwinds always need more aim at strong winds. Last edited by o_OwN; 07-02-2008 at 04:18 AM.. |

| Registered User | Re: Correct HWI's for 20 power (240y) err your angle read is probably wrong, idk why you are so sure of it but 30degree is hard read and 1 degree off is enough to make you miss. Another source of error is click error. ALSO, you need to take the angle AFTER aiming, not at hole. So if wind is diagonlly pushing forward, after you aim the angle will be even more sideway so you'd aim more than initially. If the wind is diagonnally pushing at you (or south if you will) after adjusting for your aim the angle will be even further from 90 degree so you'd need to aim less. Those are for strong winds only as 1m wont make you move enough from the starting position to change the angle. |

| Registered User | Re: Correct HWI's for 20 power (240y) Wow, that's what I did wrong all the time... But how much do I have to move left/right till I have the "real angle" to calculate. |
