Question Hex value for increased drop rate?

As for The drop rate as far as im told its server side and has to do with packet editing sending/receiving and doubt anyone will post anything about it

I did use the search feature, but there were no results for what I was asking.

I know that the drop rates are server side. What I was asking is: There are several items in the game that increase odds of an item popping out of the hole (supposedly). What value on the cheat engines are changed by those items, and can that value be increased to a huge number to hopefully make getting hole pop outs more common.
