[ASK] about satchel lottery

guys, me been playing this game for quite a while, and i notice there's a mini-game called satchel lottery.

thing is, we must have 500 pangs for each lottery game. but what if we have a "lottery ticket", can someone help me find the address with radical and freeze it...( i know this lottery thing is server sided, but who knows this hack works....my guess is just the same as "item hack" in radical engine)
