Any noobie guides??

Hey I have been playing Pangya for the psp lately and decided to get it for the computer, its downloading right now so I thought id drop by a pangya forum and see what I could find out. Are ther any guides already created that deal with everything, I have found some stuff about memory editing but thats all, I have also seen some topics about .pak files and .pak launchers and would like if someone could tell me what .pak files are?? and why can't anyone request a launcher?? O.o Thanks for any answers. And don't flame me only fags with high ego's flame, don't act like that because you've all been through this stage before.
