Pangya.jp Login Question

I play on the US server, and can play just fine, but I want to try to pangya.jp server becasue they have more maps that haven't been put in yet in the english version.

Well anyways I got a login/pass for the JP server but it won't let me login with it.
do they have an Access block on the people logging in from the US?
