OK, I know how to use the active items (18)

Example for strength boost

01 00 00 00 04 00 00 18

01 is number of equiped items

04 is the item ID

Equip 2 strength boost, search after using one for 01 00 00 00 04 00 00 18 and freeze for always strength boost. Or change 04 with other ID for free item.

The question here is, how to use those pasive items (1A) values? I can find the address, but I don't get any effect after changing the quantity.
