I think xp is as good as vista, vista looks better so what, it's much more slower and the allow thing that pops up is annoying... I got vista atm probably gunna install xp some time this week.

I think vista's not so stable, I am using it for my new pc and now usin xp for my com.
I think vista is so not stable, 1 improper shut down could be enough to kill the vista system.

The 'allow thing' is the UAC system. It's for security purposes. The user has the option of disabling it. I just chose not to. :|

i try vista recently, and i dont see anything to interesting about it except for the desktop where u can view a clock on the right side. windows xp for the win. tho vista has a good thing about it like their UAC system.

Yes, I hate it so much. I HIGHLY recommend that people don't get it. Programs randomly crash, blue-screens occasionally, and pisses you off by asking permission for everything and denying simple things such as folder name changes from time to time. Alot more things that I could hate on.

i find no problems with vista, all the complaints about bad gaming can be resolved by making the program run in compatability with windows xp service pack 2

No, i'm using XP atm. I'll probably get Vista in about a year when they fix all there damn bugs, always problems with new operating systems.
