i just feel that the layout of xp and vista is about the same. i'll just go with xp, since its more stable and the usuage is just right for me.

I use windows XP, But i use a skin and i like the skin so i'm thinking about buying vista

I was think about the possibility to install it, but most of my friends are installing XP instead of Vista.
But when uncle Bill and his woompa loompas fix all bugs, ill give it a try.

I have both installed on one hard Drive, i can boot from either by putting the vista Cd in or leaving it out for booting to XP.

I've slowely noticed that people don't like vista because they don't have a compatible rig. Even if Vista says it will run, that dosn't mean it will run as good as it can.

Im running a overclocked Athlon X2 3600+ (1.9Ghz, OC'd to 2.6Ghz), GeForce 8600GT 512MB OC'd 1175/955/955 and 1.0 Gb of DDR2 SDRAM, and it runs like a beast.

It dosn't slow down any of my games, Im dual booted with XP and they run better on my Vista OS.

It seems that Vista is catching up, rather quickly with XP.

It sucked bad before we got 2 gigs of ram,then every thing seemed to be fixed
now its alright =/
Looks like all it needed was a little 90 buck boost =o

Should have stuck with my xp>.<

I wouldn't recommend getting vista until it's been out for another year, and they release a service pack.

I mean, you have to have 2 gigs of RAM for it to even run properly, and that aint cheap.

It's just like XP. When it came out, everyone hated it, and it was crap. But nowadays it works just fine.
