1) the only reason the most hacks dont work on vista is because the creators dont support it because they dont give a shit about it o.o
2)its good for me because i have over a gb of ram so im good :D
3) its new and fast :)
if u think vista is buggy ur an idiot, its your comp there is nothing buggy about vista, all the games work fine except the really old one from like 1995 XD

It's the developers for Hellgate London's fault. Not Microsoft's.

vista, I'd say is probably TOO simple. however, it does have new tools to optimize your computer without buying so many things. well as long as its vista home premium and above. there's alot more configurations to use to make it run faster. I haven't encountered any bugs or the infamous "Blue Screen of Death" once, unlike many others. Gaming isn't bad, as long as you have decent hardware. there's nothing wrong with its systems.

I like vista's design, however XP is probably faster and more efficient for those that look for more of a stable and faster OS.

Vista is much better then XP, people need to realize that Vista is the exact same as XP exept updated. Different look etc. The "bug" most people talk about is the UAC which requires you to approve of everything for enhanced security. The reason a lot of hacks/games/and other applications dont work is because they do not support it. Soon everyone will be using either Windows Vista or a Macintosh OS. I dont even think you can buy a computer without it coming with Windows Vista. (Unless you get it customized.) So please, for the sake of windows, learn something about windows vista before you rant about it, get pissed, or tell everyone it sucks. Youtube it =D, you'll find lots of stuff on it. Thank you if you stop being ignorant and actually learn something.


Edit>>> Just read some more replies to this post, and i was lmao because half the problems you guys were giving about vista were hardware problems not software... The slow performance is probably because of the Hrtz your computer hardrive runs at. Most people's computers start out with 7800. An awesome thing to do would be to update it and get one with about 10000+ herts like i did. I believe i have a 10200. And about the driver problems, look it up you probably just need to update them. I forget the name of what you need to update in a driver but you can find it with a simple search. Good luck my friends.

Uhh, wtf does the os have to do with the gaming purpose? Some games do not support vista but that will change soon like i said above =D.

Maybe, but me and SteveSOSP3 find it smoother. He's running it on a ****ing laptop.

You get enough RAM, Which is like $60.00 for 2 Gigs, your set.
