Staff will do it for a while, and then we'll look for some others to help out.

I think if it was weekly it would be a stress to make every week 54 times a year,plus most people wouldn't read it

monthly-Good idea

but i beleive that the best would be like every other week-that way you have just enough time to make it, and it wouldn't be an overkill in the email box's

Monthly, this doesn't pile up your mail box and yet it informs the public about the things coming up in the next month. With the weekly, there isn't really much to say.
