I would say a monthly newsletter would be nice, just tell the new premium members and new mods and such.

Monthly. I hate it when sites clog up my inbox. It'll be a waste if everyone just deletes them because they're too frequent.

Exactly, once a month minimum. When other sites send me them once a week or more, I delete them or report them as spam.

i couldn't care less as long as the newsletter is something you sign up for ie mailing list

besides we got the news and announcement section anyway
