I'm not a hacker nor a cheater.

But sometimes I wanted to learn how to hack those accounts esp. players whom are not very friendly and kill stealers in game.

Can you help me on how can I do it in Ran Online?

i only hack for the fun, when i've played a game so long i get completely stuck in some place. everyone knows that feeling, like you hit 90's in D2 and all you really want to do is PK rather than level, or when you're just so close to the next job but eventually you give up on it and realize you've wasted too much time so you decide to hack. it's only natural :)
