The only times I have ever been "caught" was when I was caught by Punk Buster. Other than that, when I've been caught I didn't care if I was caught, and actively did stuff that everyone in the gunz server would see.
Forcing people into new rooms saying "YOU FAIL" is epic

lol this one night i was using an auto fighter on runescape i think i was watching tv then i looked at my computer then i figured out that i died by being posied. lmao
i was in the sewers underground in varrock.
