MSN messenger not because it is the best, but almost all my friends and family use it.
Also, it is a must for me to install the "messenger PLUS" add on. It provide some cool features.

I use AIM for kids from school and that i know in real life...but msn for kids i meet in games and for the webcam feature because AIM"s web cam feature is awful

I use MSN messenger.
and why? because other IMs are not popular in our country/city.
Everyone uses MSN.
