Add a rest zone

Hello,

I want to know if it's possible to add a rest zone, and how to do so.
I work on the latest Mangos version (2.4.2, core 0.11)

It should be possible, but there are certain problems with it.. You need to edit DBC files and somehow change the coords on which the player spawns when he dies, etc. Really an annoying process.
