Question about private server wow account making website

I have a private server running bc atm, but i am forced to make the accounts by going into the server with HeidiSQL and making them..

My server is AC Web Ultimate Repack with ascent which i got from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

i have my server maps and all that set up right, servers running good except for a few bugs, BUT! When i follow step 5 on [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], it doesnt seem to work for me, ive tried 10 times now, and its still not working, can some show me screenshots on what to do or a nice handy tutorial i can understand... Please and Thank you
