I got a Quest Problem

I got a Nice Blizzlike World of Warcraft Server ( Rates X1) all is ok exept 1 thing...

There is No Quest....

Do i need to put all the quest by myself on the database or a Program can do the job for me

Quests should come with your DB so you probably did something wrong along the lines.
