Ascent GM commands don't work

I am running Ascent from Pedregon's 2.4.3 RepackV2 and many of the GM commands don't work, for example I try to use the command ".learn" and the spell ID and I get the message "there is no such command, or you do not have access to it". My account has GM permissions "az" and I have tried reinstalling 4 times and I still get the same message when I try to learn spells. Is this just a bad version of Ascent or am I doing something wrong? Also if anyone can direct me to a better version it would be greatly appreciated. (I tried MaNGOS but couldn't get it to start because of version conflicts, I'm running WoW v2.4.3 and the MaNGOS r6360 version I had was supposed to be for v2.4.3)
I'm using Windows XP Home service pack 2 with .Net Framework 3.5.

hey i have this problems with the tons of other servers ive made and ran (over 100) and it not that big of a deal it may be just something you have to bite the bullet on man sry for your luck

yes, that command is not avaible in many repacks.

no u can solve this i am gm on a server with the same problem
how to get it done is:
dont do .learn
but do .char learn

they changed many of these commands so just explore

(if u just want many u can do the commands:
.char
.command
.cheat
.mod
.go
.npc)
