HI, I visite every first place but they don't teach Apprentice First AId. Can you Help me on training FIrst AId Skill, PLease. I have Mogrein Repack.... THanks for helping

Go to any town and talk to a guard and askfor directions,
if you still can't find it

to see the whole list of trainers that will teach you first aid.

try doing .learnskill <skillid> in game. most repacks dont support that though

Most people don't use repacks..
