If you got banned and cant make another account(Bypass of PP bann)
You need to have an OS(Operating System) CD for this to work.
You download virtualbox from this address : [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Ok after youv downloaded that install the program and locate your OS CD or the bootable image from your HDD.
Now install the OS on the Virtualbox. This is the tutorial for Windows XP. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
If you got any other OS then search the installation guide from youtube or if your smart enough (seriously doesnt need to be smart) you can install it by yourself.
Now after you installed it , install puzzle pirates into the virtual machine, and create your new account. After youv created account you can close the virtualbox and continue playing without its help.
For smart ones: Puzzle pirates handles it banns by MAC addresses.(Which is written into the network card and is impossible to change).Virtualbox is basicly a computer inside a computer so its given virtual network card that has a new mac. So puzzle pirates thinks your playing the game from another computer.

E: Please dont tell me that its possible to change the mac, because its not. Windows gets the MAC from network card and stores it in your registry. But the location is constantly changed so this makes it tricky.
Okay, im going to now help you all who dont have OS CD(s). We are going to change MAC address. But im not sure does the PP use any other bann also , like IP or registry bann etc. If it uses IP bann also ,then restart your router or your network connection , that will change IP ,if you have dynamic IP. If they have registry one , then you probably have formatted harddrive and registry is clear of any marks.
Now to business:
1)First you need to download Technitium MAC Address Changer. Its unlimited and free(Freeware). You can download it from here [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
2)You extract it and install it, you all should know how to extract. If you dont then il recommend 7-zip. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
3)Now you start the Mac changer and it asks would you like to associate .cpf files with TMac, youl choose if you want , it wont matter.
4)Now if you started mac changer look for your network card under Network connections. If you have laptop and your using wifi then you should choose Wireless card. If you have desktop without wifi card or any other networking device (Just the wire connected.) Youl choose Local Area Connection. Im sure most of you will choose Local Area Connection. Now your going to click on it.
5) You click Change MAC. Now you could enter any Mac or just press random MAC address. Now youl press Change now and it will automaticly start changing (DO NOT REBOOT, while its doing it.). It will restart your network connection and if all is done it should say MAC address change succesfully.
Now you should launch PP and it should work (I havent tested it, but im pretty sure it will work).

I dont think you get IP banned ,because IP bann is lame and if you got dynamic IP , it will automaticly change all the time. Its MAC bann that were talking about. MAC bann is times worse than IP bann. Because MAC is written into the network card put the IP is from ISP. Each time i restart my connection i get new ip. Mac will only change if you get new network card.
