Openkore 1.6.6 released, With gameguard support

New features:
Support for servers that use GameGuard. (bRO, inRO and pRO Sakray)

Bug fixes:
AutoSwitch fixed.
Work around some private servers' anti-bot detection.

New config options:
gameGuard (flag)
Set this option to 1 if you play inRO or pRO Sakray.
Set this option to 2 if you play bRO.

Table files:
Support for Einbroch portals and packets. You need the latest tablepack for this.
