my skills are spiral pierce for pvp/woe(defend), frenzy(for attacking)
for levelling, i have 2hq, parry, aura blade.
i dont have mass killing skill like bowling, but i have level 5 brandish(i think...)

cant afford poll axe T_T but i plan on using an overup hallberd... (tipid meals :p )

Since you are using Frenzy for levelling, and Spiral Pierce for pvp and stuff,
Agi could be around 50 since my 1 Agi Frenzy+2HQ+Berserk LK gives 192 Aspd
Dex remains as it is, since it give you more Hit and faster Casting for Spiral Pierce.
Str is also recommended around 60-70 for damage in normal attack, Brandish Spear and Spiral Pierce.
Vit, all the stats should go here, especially the points wasted on extra AGI, knights need as many VIT as you could possibly invest, this is to reduce the stun times from wizard's (whats the name? meteor strike or something like that), and Smith's hammer fall.

A smith walking with a group of assasins or knights can be quite painful, since Smith stuns you and the group just happily poke you to death.

lower the dex a bit, lower the agi a bit, and pump up str

your str should be at least 90 if you want to churn on PvP and PvE, low damage characters suxxors

agi are useful in PvE but once you focus on PvP those extra vit points should help your character survive longer

And Finally your dex, AFAIK, 60 dex should let you be able to hit a sinx... if you cant, have a bsmith with you and let him hammer fall

i thinked of this build coz i thought that since i'm gonna use a hallberd and unable to use a shield,then i boosted up my agi, since my agi now is at 70, do i boost up my vit to maybe 70 too?

i lower my str coz in woe/pvp im only gonna use spiral, which does not require any str...

these are my current stats btw, str57+12 agi70+6 vit20+4 dex36+5
any tips will be more appreciated.. (before i ruin my LK lol) =p

i calculated it again, changed the equipts a bit... any violent reactions are highly appreciated.lol.

here's the total:
str = 60+20
agi = 70+8 (since my agi is at 70 now... mah bad T_T)
vit = 77+8
dex = 66+14
