Troubleshooting

I am having issues with Ceres RO shutting down on me and I have failed to find any way of contacting them to get everything cleared up (their forum doesn't work for me at all). Everytime it dies on me I get the following error in the error handler:

I would love to know what this means, and I would be extremely happy if someone could help me fix it. Thank you for any guidance on the problem.

Note: this log shows me what is doing it, but I haven't a clue what it is doing, why it is doing it, or what it is doing it too.

I have two possible solutions.

#1, fully patch your kRO/Sakray, all the way to the end.
#2, make sure you are using the latest version of Ceres RO's patch.

Seeing as the error came from ' Module Name: F:\Program Files\Gravity\RO\ceresro.dll", i'm guessing trying the second solution would be more effective but in some cases, kRO/Sakray might be the cause for it too.

I would recommend trying #2 first. If that doesn't work, then update your kRO/Sakray.

I just reinstalled RAG_SETUP0221.exe, SAK_SETUP0711.exe, and the Ceres patcher but the problem still occurs. Have I done something stupid, like install mismatching versions, or have I installed them in the wrong order? Also, is it possible that the issue is with my instance interacting wrong due to some other person's modified ragnarok files?

Mmm, try patching the kRO/Sakray? If that didn't help, i don't know what to do anymore. All the problems i have with new jobs are fixed through the patching of those two.

Thanks for the advice. None of those things have worked so far, but I'm going to see what installing their client over someone else's full installer will do.
