Setting up KRo proxy for internet connection

hey guys,once when i tried to dl KRO i need to set up a korean proxy through IE to download the client. I'm wondering is it possible to set up a proxy server for my internet connection instead? I'm moving soon and i'm afraid i might not be able to play some games.

If you have no internet connection, you can't play games period. You may be able to get some software that forwards all connections through a proxy, but there'd need to be a proxy that does that too. I don't think there is one.
