you can't achieve that speed unless you are on a server with stats (dex) toping 300-400. cast time can be modified, but after cast delay can only be affected by kiel cards or a skill by clowns （forgot which skill). for wpe, capture the following skills: soul collect (NOT DSC, if you spam dsc at a insta-cast server, you will be immobile), and cricital explosion. and spam each at 1/100ms in wpe. make sure the ports match. if you have a good internet connection, you should be able to do 1 asura / 1~3 seconds depending on servers. (by taking out two prerequisits out of the combo, you only have to control pot and asura) personally, asura strike is powerful but not very useful against certain classes. i find stun lock with finger offensive more annoying and fun, but that's just me.

if u wanted to more fast or NO delay, use Beelzebub card, kiel card also and spam ur dex and int into higher level. and boom, u can spamming asura in city.

ok...ctrl+v this crap:
1. download wpe (windows packet editor)
2. open wpe
3. open ro, log in, and pick your character (champ)
4. go to a map, where there is minimum interaction between the server and your computer. (i.e. no monsters or other chars, etc..)
5. alt+tab back to wpe, and target the ragnarok client.
6. press the play button
7. back to ragnarok, cast soul collect (NOT DANGEROUS SOUL COLLECT) once
8. alt+tab back to wpe, and stop the editor
9. now find the packet that represent the skill 'soul collect' (it should be one of the longer packets, and has the label 'send' on the far right)
10. now send that packet, at 1 packet / 100ms, and check "continuely"
11. log back into game, and practice your finger offensive skills on targets. or if you're lazy, just practice critical explosion and asura

i use box of panting for mp pots, but you can use berries or just normal mana pots.

take a closer look at the video... look at the mouse cursor when he does the asura skill, it is not changing... i think it's wpe pro, but i dunno how to use it, if some-body can post it here, it will be a great help...

maybe he even use a legit char but he owns the RO
maybe the server is not laggy and use hamachi.
