Need Help On This error

Hello, i just hosted a private RO but when i login this pop up this error. When the character is new can access to server but after logout / relog the character cant access to server anymore. Anyone can help me? Tell me how to solve this error? As Above Screen Shot :

In case you still have this problem, try updating your ragnarok. Like patch it or get a newer version, it's caused by a "missing" palette of some sort. Patching it may fix it, but if it's a custom palette, you need to get the custom patch offered by your private server.
