Help things not working as they were, OPENKORE

I tried looking for the server ip using the grf tool and i got it so everything is ok. but when I use the wireshark or so called whatever i cant seem to decode the Hex digits to version and master version

if anyone would be so kind to post an answer or the server information and those stuff I'd appreciate it
