Uh well i've been ip banned recently from my server and i'm wondering if there is anyway I can play again without changing my ip address. Can anyone help me please?

Nope, if you got IP banned, there's no way you can ever access that server. It's like going to a place where they bans you by the name, you can't go there unless you change your name if your previous name got banned.
