need help in configuring my bot

i want my bot to cast buffs,, to guild members of a certain guild,,

for example i want my creator to cast,, full chemical protection,, to a player who will be in a specific guild, which is not in the same party with my creator,,

my creator will not be in the same party as the one that i want to cast my buffs on,,,

sounds confusing??

another example
my creator wud be in "GUILD A"
and the characters that i want my creator to buff is in "GUILD B"
how cud i make my creator cast buffs on a different guild and in a different party???

its possible,,
i just don't know how to do it,,
