Scripting and Spriting

ok i was most of all happy for imreadingaguide who followed my instructions and he appreciated my work.. so this guide/help is going for him!

Scripting

1.0 ok the directory is -> athena/npc/customs
this directory is for adding new scripts.. if you want to keep a clean
and neat files just add new folder and rename it to mynpc and add your mynpc scripts.. [mynpc = example]

so you created a script or downloaded it.. and you think "hmm where the f*uck do i put this..?"
not to worry the directory above is for adding you scripts.. so follow step 1.0

now you added it and when you start your server your npc doest shows up..
hmm this sucks.. lol.. ok follow this step 1.1

1.1 adding/disabling npc to your server.. directory is -> athena/npc
right click and open with notepad -> scripts_customs
ok so you see this file has a very long list of npc..

this is where you add your scrip directory..

above this..

so example your scripts in athena/npc/custom
and you made a folder which your scripts in example "mynpc"
so now go to the notepad..
add this line [exactly!]

// name of npc or what is does
//npc: npc/custom/mynpc

[note: everytime add you scripts above the lance team bla bla bla..]

// --------------------------------------------------------------

now that you added you scripts you still cant see your npc..
ok see the // <- now remove it so that the directory would stand
npc: npc/custom/mynpc

now go back and you should see the npc..

1.2 figuring where to put/locate your custom npc..
ok go back to your script and open it with notepad..
see this line " prontera.gat,155,211,5 "
so on your RO type @go pron 155 210
you should see your npc there.. dont like your npc there..?
ok go there the place where you like.. like ermm near the west entrance prontera town type @where
you should for exaple get prontera 134 123

so go back to your script and replace the numbers " prontera.gat,155,211,5 "
155,211 to 134,123 then save and restart your server.. tah dah!

1.3 ok now you got your script and added in server but it crashes or having bug.. use this to check your script..

Spriting is more adv so i will make another thread..!
so yea im done for scripting..
ahhh!!! i forget edit the title of the thread.. WTF!!! nvm edited! XD
