I'm starting a private server for me and a few friends, I have a few questions I haven't been able to find the answers to on the forum. So I thought I'd start a new topic.

I'm overloaded with these 'update.GPF' files, and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to use them.. let alone even view what they are because I downloaded them from ragcan.com so they are all in Japanese




Also, I wanted to ask if anyone knew how to compress the Data folder into the .GPF so that I can hide valuable information from the people who will play on the server.



Last but not least.... The dreaded Patcher, Dun Dun Dun. Can anyone explain to me how these work, or how I will use these? I will probley have to Hex one, not much of a Problem as I have some C/C++ Programming experience from the last few MMORPG's that I've developed and/or developed for.

i got a tool for it.. but not going to release it.. but mayb i can help you out by compressing it to grf or mayb gpf if im in a good mood..

actually you dun need to make a hexed client you can use the one i uploaded.. btw im nearly done with your custom background skin.. now im figuring how to use the icon in the hexed client.. XD
