You don't need it to be translated to use it.... i dont no any spanish whatsoever, and i can use it, it is very simple. Let me explain it for u ppl. First of all u need a UCE, like thunder engine. So here are the steps to use it.
1) open thunder engine
2) click CHEAT TABLE - OPEN CHEAT TABLE (at the top of thunder engine)
3) navigate to where u have the file "DarkDave TSforos Hack's Pack v6.1 Fecha...... .CT" and open it
4) open rakion launcher, login, and press start game
5) as soon as the game guard update window in the top left corner disappears click file - open process - and scroll down to the very bottom of the window that appears and double click the second "rakion.bin" and press ok or yes to whatever message pops up.
6) now as soon as the middle game guard window (the one with the pic of the mage) disappears and before the next one appears check the box of the hack that u want to use and then exit thunder engine.
7) Everything should work fine now....just one more important thing. Not completely sure about this, but i dont think that u can check more than one box or it wont work. So if u want to use a different hack, just restart rakion and do all these steps over. Someone correct me if im wrong, maybe i am just using incompatible hacks together idk. Anyway hope this helps and sorry it is sooo long...hehe

This doesnt work (-_-) i tested it.Also guys you do the same thing with cheat engines.
1)get thunder or radix engine
2)open the engine
3)open the cheat table
4)open the softynx launcher
5)log in click start
6)Go to attach process in the engine and attach the second rakion.bin
6)Tick your hacks
7)the end
