Why Dosent Rakion work Help!!!!!!!!!!!

When i start rakion it says patch finished and when i click on rakion at the top of launcher, it says waiting 3 times, then the whole launcher freezes and says program not responding, i have windows vista and i really want to play rakion and try out new hacks someone ls help me .
