Please Help, Computer is restarting I cante even play!

I have no trouble logging in and getting to the screen with the characters. This is a new account because i used to play and i forgot the account so i am starting up again. but i will clikc new character and then click a class and the computer will restart and then when i load it back again it says "you pc has recovered from a fatal error or something like that. I have never been able to play and i have tried re downloading it, nothing wotks. any sugggestions? Thank you anyone who can help :)

It is very srange too b/c yesterday I was experimenting and if I wrote down the desired name then clicked on the class without letting go of the mouse on the button it would let me thorugh and then i would see all the games and stuff but then i would clikc on like Shop or whatver and the game would restart.

I had experimented today and I was checked off "restart system" in the system failure section in the advanced section of the system section in control panel-and i tried to play and this Blue screen came up and nothing happened so i think i have some kind of system failure from Rakion.

Try downloading an older version of the game, or logging in with a different account, something may have gone 'mad' when you were screwing around with your character.
